The service was perfect. Every detail was well thought out. the entertainment program was suitable for both children and adults. food tasted fresh and was available throughout the day at different spots (i especially liked the pier bar). there were always enough sunbeds by the pool, a great plus.
the minibar restock sometimes happened later in the day.

the king suite was spacious and clean. it included a well-stocked minibar that was refilled daily. the bedding and sheets were high quality, ensuring restful sleep.

the hotel boasts multiple large, clean swimming pools (some are heated). the kids club is brand new and offers many activities throughout the day. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The staff is friendly and helpful, with excellent guest relations. i especially appreciated the attention to detail during my birthday. the pool drinks service is very efficient. Staff make the drinks at your sun lounger.

the main restaurant offers plenty of choices at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the harmony restaurant is open 24/7 and has been recently refurbished. there is a nice gözleme spot on the beach.
